The proposed design suggests transforming the project area into a spacious courtyard, defined by a garden wall along the property boundary. The main objective is to create a cohesive ground floor level for the buildings planned on two separate plots. To achieve this, a well-thought-out wall system is devised, dividing the area into suitable sections and forming the foundation for public spaces and building layouts.
Through the use of this designed wall system and carefully selected materials, the aim is to establish a sense of continuity, making the buildings on different plots appear as two interconnected masses rising from a shared ground level. The design strategy for the building facades complements this concept. Essentially, the design prioritizes the enclosed courtyard space, offering a sanctuary removed from the bustling street environment. The elderly club and accommodation unit are envisioned as two green masses rising above the proposed wall system. At the heart of the project lies the entrance courtyard, acting as a focal point that connects the various designed areas both physically and visually, serving as a hub for the other public spaces.
Conveniently accessible, the accommodation unit, elderly club, the club building's service entrance, and the car elevator leading to the covered parking can all be reached through this entrance courtyard. Additionally, the accommodation unit also features a separate entrance from the street it faces.
